Be very careful when renting from Blockbuster Express the tiny fine print. When you reserve a film online, they tell you it must be picked up by a certain time or it will be released. What they don't tell you is, they are charging you for that time. I reserved a film on Monday afternoon, picked it up on Tuesday before 9 pm (the time I was told I must pick it up by) and returned it Wednesday before noon. But, instead of being charged the nightly rental of $1.06, I was charged 3 times that amount...Shame on you, Blockbuster, for taking advantage of your customers at a time when every penny counts. I'll put my dollars elsewhere, with an honest company!
