I bought Listgrabber software from eGrabber in 2004. Recently my computer's hard drive crashed. I reinstalled eGrabber software and put in my license key. When I tried to register the software said the software was in use. I could not uninstall it, obviously. When I talked to customer support they said I had to buy a newer version of their software which listed for $179.00 upgrade. They offered it to me for $140. They said they could not provide a new key for me that they no longer supported the 2004 version 2.2. I think this is extremely wrong. I don't need an updated version of the software. All the other companies I contacted gladly gave me the old key to use or provided a new key. How can a supposed high tech company say they can't make my software work? They are, obviously, trying to use this misfortune as an opportunity to make another sale. I have sent an email to the CEO asking for help and have not had a reply.
