Aquis Communications

We have been doing business with Aquis Communications for four years during that time we have had numerous billing errors, equipment and service problems. when I asked to speak to a supervisor about the issues we are having with our pagers I was advised that one was not available. how can a manager not be avaialble to assist customers? I was told by the rep that the mgr would call back in one to two bus days that was 9 bus days ago snd still no call back?
