horrible salon! i have been a client of Fabrizio salon and spa, in wilmington for some time now,but i changed salon's after i saw and heard some of the treatments that they give there emploee's as a consumer i thoght if they can not respect them how do i expect them to respect me as a client,and i confermed that when i had an issue with a gift card that my husband had purchased for me as a gift when i dicided to leave the salon i called to get his money back and they refused i talked to the maneger and she was p
not helpful at all,as i expected she was very rud over the phone and she even whent on to say that my husband should of thought about the possibility of me leaving before he bought the gift card;not once did she try to rectify the issue that i had or made me fell like they needed my buissnes, wich in these days is graetly apprecciated in many places with such a horrible economy,if i were them i would re-evaluate my priority's.happy employees translate to happy loyal clients
