I placed an order with the BedBathStore and needed to return some of the items received. Exact return directions as listed on the invoice and online were followed.

Countless follow up e-mails, phone calls and messages and the customer service department remains unresponsive and almost 4 months later I am still waiting for my refund.

A complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York has been filed and their site shows clearly in the reliability report that this merchant has an UNSATISFACTORY record with the Bureau.

I am out of the returned merchandise and the money owed to me. I am sorry that I didn't take the time to research their reputation prior to placing an order with them. My bad, but lesson learned!

  1. I am having the same problem with the BedBathStore. Cutomer Service remains unresponsive, I will also file a complaint. The worst!!!!!!!
