Adobe elements 7. How is it a coompany can continue selling a product they know is bad? I bought adobe elements 7 because I need to learn adobe systems. EL. 7 When I tried to install it would install fine except 1 problem after installing it it wiped out my cd/dvd drive incon and all ADOBES SOLUTION when I called was to route my call around the world to someone I could barely understand Their solution was to send me to a web site called WWW.COM which routes you back to an Adobe website telling Me how to go into my registry and change things around problem is I've always been told DON'T FOOL WITH YOUR REG.
Anyhow they know there's a problem -refuse to put a patch up and fix it themselves they won't even exchange my version for an older version. And you can't return it once programs are opened.
I'm out 79.00 dollars Oh they did ask if I had a receipt I said "No" but I do have the credit card statement. That's not good enough.
