Dr. Chris Pardue of Belle Meade Dermatology in Nashaville TN

Warning about Dr. Chris Pardue of Belle Meade Dermatology in Nashaville TN who took months (too long) to diagonose a pre-cancerous condition and treat it as such. When he finally realized what he was dealing even after I'd been coming back regularly, I could see his eyes bug out a little like he knew he had missed it - he reassured me he had plenty of experience doing surgery for skin cancer if we would need to go that route. I switched doctors anyway, was treated with chemotherapy cremes and blue light thereapy and it 2 years later it seems I'll be okay without surgery, thanks to the OTHER doctor. Since then I met a guy who said Dr. Chris Pardue treated him for skin cancer but he didnt treat it strongly enough fast enough - the guy showed me a large jagged pit dug into his skin (maybe 2 inches long and 1/2 inch deep)where he said Dr. Pardue eventually had to cut into muscle, because things had grown out of control. He said he didnt know how much more cutting would be needed and didnt know what to do and I told him about my doctor. I told my new doctor my concerns about Dr. Pardue, but it seems doctors dont want to go after eachother - hard to prove things, malpractice ins - they prefer to give you proper treatment like the other guy doesnt exist - but there should be some warning on this guy. If you suspect skin cancer and you live in the Nashville area, you might want to look for a different doctor or at least get a 2nd opinion.
