Window to the sea in Tustin, CA

Anonymous said...
Window to the sea.com in Tustin, CA. The owner, Len took $1800 from me and never my salt water aquarium, canopy, stand and other equipments. It has been 2.5 months and I'm still waiting for my stuff. He refused to give me back my money. He keeps on telling me that I will have my stuff next week. Then he tells me the cabinet maker is out of town. It will take another couple of weeks. Len keeps on B.S. me when I was going to get my stuff.

Len has done work on many of our tanks as well as getting us many special order items. I understand that due to my pickiness and his diligence that sometimes it takes longer than expected to get what I've asked for. In addition, he has gone out of his way MANY times to assist me with issues that would have otherwised resulted in a tank (or more) crashing and the loss of everything in it.

I think Len has been a great source of information. He may be late on getting things done, but he always gets them done. He has always given me FREE advice with regard to my tank, and has come out to look at my tank to advise me on problems that I have had.

  1. One comment for this guy says "Len has been a great source of information" & "has always given me free advice" but you can look up anything on the internet. I feel bad for the guy who paid $1,800 & still has nothing to show for it, I know someone else who had a simmilar experience with this business so I know that there are probably others as well. I think the two comments in response to this posting/warning are friends or people who know this guy & are trying to do damage control. I hope that by now the guy either got his $ back or his products/services along with a discount & apology. Having aquariums is not a cheap hobby (I have 7 myself) & when you spend that much $ you expect timely & adequate service.
