pom clear

pom clear (pomclear) will rip you off when ordering your free trial. it will end up costing you over $40.00 because there are checked items already checked and you will automatically order them with no knowledge of having done so until you see your bank statement. When you call to cancel they won't let you cancel. They make you return the products with a restock fee. And be careful because you have automatically signed up for a subscription of things that will be charged to you on a monthly basis.

No, it is not stupidity on the part of that person that ordered, it is fraud on the part of this company! I too ordered the trial, and the very next day after I ordered it, Pomclear charged my credit card $44.85. I just found this out tonight after looking at my bank statement. Here is what Pomclear says, copied-and-pasted from the FAQ section on their site: "When you placed an order for the special $1 Trial offer of POMClear the offer did clearly explain that if you are enjoying the product do nothing, and 20 days from your order date you will be charged $39.95 for the initial bottle you received...." However, after only one day after my order date, I was charged - this is FRAUD!!! You can find similar complaints on the internet about this company - unfortunately, I did not find these until after I signed up for the trial. I am going to go after this company!

  1. I have had the same experience with both Pomclear and Acaipure. Both were to send a trial product for the cost of shipping. I did uncheck the boxes for additional product. My bank was charged last week and I have yet to receive any product. The day after I ordered I had a charge of $44.85 from Pomclear AND $44.85 from Acaipure. I will have no qualms about calling the Better Business Bureau as well as the State Attorney Generals in every state they work from. This is FRAUD.

  2. That fine print stuff should be illegal. The only reason they do it is to rip off people that don't read everything. I just won't buy anything from the web anymore
