U.S.Vision Co

Anonymous said...
If you are buying eyeglasses from a department store such as JCPenney, Sears, Etc. ask who the manufacturer/dispenseris. If they tell you U.S.Vision Co, run, do not walk away. This company which makes glasses for many Department stores (which they rent space from - you are not reall y buying from a trusted department store as you may think) are liars , cheats and frauds. BUY ELSEWHERE 11111.

  1. I would like to second the comments here. I just had a rather troublesome situation at JC Penney Optical. You can read my complaint here:

  2. Ok, for the original, anonyomous poster, why is it that you don't have an actual complaint? For all we know you are a disgruntled employee who got the axe, or perhaps, a retail rapist, as I like to call them. That is, a person who complains, for no good reason, other than the fact that you purchased something you could not afford, and are looking for a discount....

As for the rip-off report guy, If you had any inner knowledge, besides the joke that Aetna is... you would know that it is common practice for doctors offices, and others who deal with insurance companies, to ask for the PRIMARY INSURANCE HOLDERS social. Reason being, a name search often brings up several people with the same name, and ID numbers often fail, for one reason or another... and Aetna, of all things, lol... They are the worst one of all, with constant "system crashes" and unable to locates.... You should further research insurance practices before you chastise a company. And of course the other company you went to had no problem, JC Penney sounds like the fixed your insurance companies screw up for you....
