My dealings with Disney

Recently I was supposed to go to Disney with my family for a 10 day vacation. The night before the trip, my wife went to the Emergency Room in pain. Apparently she had a gall bladder problem, and they had to opperate. I spent over $5000 on the vacation (including airline tickets). I was worried to say the least. I called the Disney number, and explained the situation. I told them I had a note. They told me that it wasn't necesary to send them the note. That they felt bad, and that they hope we feel better. They didn't even make me rebook in a year... or give me some sort of BS credit. They wired a full credit for the monies I paid the very next day. I'm not often impressed, but I will say that this was a VERY pleasant experience. Obviously they are smart. We're a family of 5 with young kids. It behooves them to have us Disney customers for life... Which we are happy to be. Thank you Disney.
